By accessing or using the NERAI platform at neraicorp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NERAI is a geopolitical intelligence platform that processes global event data from the GDELT Project to produce country-level risk indices, 12-month forecasts, scenario analysis tools, and an interactive dashboard. The Service is provided on a subscription basis via two plans:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card charge occurs during the trial period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles all payment processing, tax collection, and remittance on our behalf.
By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan.
Free trials are available once per user. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if abuse is detected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

The NERAI platform, including its risk methodology, index architecture, forecasting models, software, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of NERAI. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any NERAI intellectual property.
Underlying event data is sourced from the GDELT Project (Open Access, CC BY 4.0). NERAI's derived indices, scores, and forecasts are proprietary outputs and may not be redistributed without written authorisation.
Pro plan subscribers may export data for internal research, analysis, and reporting purposes. Commercial redistribution of exported data is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the risk indices and forecasts will be accurate or complete.
NERAI outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NERAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of termination due to our decision (not due to your breach), we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
