This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid NERAI subscriptions and reports purchased through neraicorp.com. NERAI is operated by NERAI BV (Brussels, Belgium). Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated below, all payments are non-refundable and any refund is granted at NERAI's discretion.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time; your access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial or unused portions of a billing period that has already started, except where required by law.
Where a plan includes a free trial (for example, the 7-day Researcher trial), you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. The free trial is provided so you can evaluate the service before any charge applies; if you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and the first payment is charged.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on your first purchase. As NERAI is digital content/services supplied immediately, at checkout you may be asked to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Where that consent has been given and the service has started, a refund is generally not available. Business customers (B2B) are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights.
Strategic Briefing and other bespoke reports are custom research prepared specifically for you. Because work begins promptly and deliverables are tailored, these purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced or the report has been delivered. If a delivered report is materially defective or not as described, we may, at our discretion, correct it or provide a suitable remedy.
To raise a refund request, email kagan@neraicorp.com with the email used to purchase and your Paddle order/receipt reference (included in the receipt Paddle sends you). Requests are reviewed case by case and, except where a refund is required by law, approval is at NERAI's discretion. Where a refund is granted, it is processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
